Archtop guitars have developed their unique character during their evolution over the past century. They are now considered by many to be the pinnacle of guitar design.
The Metropolitan builds on the traditional qualities that make a great archtop guitar, bringing more refinement and innovation to the much-loved genre of instruments.

The styling is based on form rather than ornamentation. An example is the simple and elegant outline of Mother of Pearl which borders the fingerboard and flows into the organic lines of the headstock.

The timbers used in the body are the finest aged cello woods. The German Spruce top has a strong ‘bearclaw’ figure, a rare and desirable feature which enhances the beauty and acoustic quality.

An Adjustable Three-Piece Bridge transfers the vibrations of the strings with unparalleled efficiency. The design of the bridge increases the volume while enhancing a range of overtones that are very smooth and pleasing.
