We have a range of finished instruments in stock ready for purchase and immediate delivery. They can be shipped anywhere in in the world on approval. If a suitable instrument is not in stock please contact us as we may have something suitable almost completed or we can build one to order.
Accepted methods of payment include direct deposit/wire transfer, credit card, PayPal, bank cheque and money order.
We can ship our instruments anywhere worldwide. We use a selection of couriers and will select one based on the delivery location. Freight is normally very fast, within one week in most cases. For international sales Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and you should check with your local authorities about these. All instruments are insured during transport to the buyer.
A 48 hour evaluation period applies to orders of instruments that are in stock. The 48 hour period is from the date of arrival. If you are not completely happy with the instrument, send it back in original condition within this period for a refund of the purchase price or a credit towards another instrument (less freight and insurance).
All guitars include a deluxe hard-shell flight case in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
We can build any of the instruments in our range to order. A custom build is a great way to make an instrument more personal. We offer a choice of timbers, inlays and finishes. We can also change details such as the neck width and profile if required.
The cost will depend on the style, materials, finish, trim and inlays used, we will quote an exact price before we take an order. We generally require a 10% deposit on custom orders, a 40% instalment when we begin the instrument and the balance on completion.
Once we receive an order and deposit we will add the instrument to our building schedule. As our instruments are handmade and a lot of care and thought goes into each one they do require some time to build. There is currently a delivery time of 6-12 months for new orders. We can quote a more exact waiting time when we discuss your order.
Any of our models can be ordered to be made left handed for no additional cost.
